No tracking cookies, no advertising, no cookie banner

This website uses technically necessary cookies. According to Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, no consent is required for these cookies. Therefore, we do not display a cookie banner. The only exception is reCAPTCHA on the contact page (section 3).

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to enable certain functions.

2. What cookies do we use?

The cookies we set ourselves are exclusively technically necessary session cookies for the operation of the website:

  • NEXT_LOCALE: Stores your language preference
  • Session-ID: Maintains the session during use

3. reCAPTCHA on the contact page

The contact form is protected with Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated programs. This is the only part of the site where a third party is involved.

Opening the contact page loads resources from google.com and gstatic.com, and submitting the form causes Google to store the _GRECAPTCHA cookie on its own domain (www.google.com), not on klaro.legal. In the process your IP address and browsing behaviour data are transmitted to Google; this processing may also take place in the United States.

reCAPTCHA is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is not involved on any other page: if you never open the contact form, nothing from Google is loaded. For details on recipients, see our Privacy Policy.

4. What we do NOT use

  • ✕ Tracking cookies (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • ✕ Advertising or marketing cookies
  • ✕ Social media cookies
  • ✕ User profiling cookies
